I don't mean to say I am difficult, but I am. In searching for my new Mercedes I expected to be disappointed, ie. supply chain issues, limited choices, and declining customer service. At Mercedes Benz of Miami there is this guy named "Fernando Lopez." Honestly, I was not expecting much. Like pulling teeth. Boy was I surprised. Well, actually blown away. He is good. I mean really good. If he could handle me, well, he can please anybody. I got my car, next day, at a better price than anywhere. I could not help but smile. I will buy from Mr. Fernando Lopez again. I recommend you do too. Tell him Keith sent you. Maybe he will smile, too.

When I bought the car last January I was sold a maintenance and warranty package by the guy in the finance department. It added almost $18k to the bill and I was told that it would cover basic maintenance on the car and the warranty would cover everything but wear and tear. I was told that I would never have to worry about paying for maintenance or parts and labor should something break down in the car. It sounded great because I could just add the future cost of these things to my monthly payment. I dropped my car off for the 3rd time to do routine maintenance and was told that it would be the last time maintenance was covered under the package I bought. What a complete scam they are running with this program. Stay away from this dealership, its finance department, and AutoNation which owns them. Horrible experience would not recommend it to anyone.

First off I would like to start off by saying Gustavo Giral my representative was great and amazing and very informative and a pleasure to work with. The main reason for my horrible experience was because of the general sales manager Fernando Lopez. He was very rude and horrible customer service. When I came back to the dealership to resubmit for a new allocation spot he did not even offer me a chair to sit, I was literally on my knee custom building the car with him. Fernando literally told me to call him a week to follow up with the order to make sure it went through. When I texted him a week later and called and left a voice message he calls me back yelling at me and pretty much cursing at me and telling me to lose his number and to never contact him again. I was going to cancel my order but then Gus calls me and tells me he will take care of everything. Fernando should be fired for his actions and his horrible attitude, he was an absolute nightmare and I am sure you are losing a lot of customers because of him.

Called ahead, arrived 1 hour latter, truck was not washed. Made the deal, they washed the truck, had multiple scratches, silver dollar size piece of paint missing. I was promised the WHOLE quarter panel would be painted! No! They spot painted the silver dollar size spot only. $55k truck. No one inspected it before it was given back to me. I think they left it with yard dust so I couldn't see the scratches before buying it.

Rafael Marzo provided excellent service, good explanation on service to be done and the time estimate was on target. Service was performed in a reasonable amount of time. The problem was with the employees handling the return of the car. Three employees hanging around, took 30 min for them to decide who was going to bring the car and the car was not washed. The employee said, that if I wanted the car to be wash it was another 25 min wait for the wash. This is the second time I service the car and I get the same treatment from the employees receiving and delivering the car in this dealer.

I'm going to be honest, my experience at this location was a circus. After leasing over 30 vehicles in my lifetime at Coral Gables location, I decided to try out the Miami location for service for the first time. The staff was unreasonably inconsiderate at this location. When picking up my car, I had to wait over an hour to do something so simple due to my service agent helping another customer. He would not give me eye contact and left me waiting for him to give me my keys and pick up my car. He went the extra mile to make each aspect of service more difficult, and it was shocking to see his performance as a Mercedes employee. The two employees at the cashier also put me through a very unnecessary and unreasonable ordeal which could have easily been avoided. This location does not value a customer's time and three hours were taken of my life due to the lack of reason within the staff that assisted me. I have never experienced this at the Coral Gables location and I will never be coming back to Miami again.

UPDATE FEBRUARY 2023 Management seems to be fixing the issues. Last visit, the car came out of the shop running like a new car. Thank you Gus. UPDATE JANUARY 2023 After years as a satisfied customer, it pains me to downgrade my satisfaction with this business but they have slipped on the banana peel since the COVID-19 pandemic. Still better than the Coral Gables dealership. 1. Our service advisor is the best and that's why we still patronize this dealership. He is always polite and responsive. 2. The service department is overwhelmed with the number of cars. We usually have to leave our cars for 1-2 weeks and the problems aren't being fixed. Sometimes a new problem occurs within 10 miles after leaving the shop. 3. The service level at the loaner counter is terrible. The dealership has reduced the available loaner cars and understaffed the desk. We have had to wait well over an hour to get a loaner car. The loaner desk has been closed until 10 am on a recent visit. The person behind the desk has no sense of urgency and poor customer service skills. 4. I drive an older model vehicle. I feel that the technicians are not well trained on older cars. New technicians are likely trained to work on the newer models with minimal time getting certified on cars that are over 10 years old. Sad but true. 🙄 ============================ I finally found a Mercedes Benz dealership in Miami that earns the Mercedes Benz brand but only after several terrible experiences at a closer in "miami" dealership. But worse than the cost of unnecessary services, they managed to break something every time I was in the shop. When I questioned the service adviser about the newly broken items, he said "that happens to everyone". When I escalated to the Service Manager, he said that they offered a higher service level to people who bought their car at the dealership but he would put me on the VIP list. Imagine that! I vowed to never go back and started looking farther away from my home when I stumbled on Mercedes Benz of Miami in Miami Gardens. I was immediately impressed by the customer service mindset. I was greeted and helped out of my car and directed to a receptionist who determined who my service adviser was. Then I was asked to wait while my service advisor, Gus Cosio, was notified. Before I could complete preparing a cup of coffee, Gus was ready. We met in his office while he reviewed all the maintenance records pulled from the Atlanta dealership where we used to live. Gus explained to me and my daughter about the services that needed to be performed and also recommended waiting on some service items which could be done at the next service appointment. We were offered a Mercedes loaner car for two days while the car was serviced. The vehicle was serviced and delivered back to us in a clean, working condition. I finally remembered why I bought a Mercedes. Again, I will say that this dealership, owned by Autonation, lives up to the standard I have come to expect from a Mercedes dealership. There is such a contrast between this dealership and the "other miami dealership" that it can not even be compared. Don't get fooled by the Mercedes sign; in Miami, if the dealership isn't owned by Autonation you're certainly going to get shafted. I WILL BE BRINGING ALL MY MERCEDES VEHICLES TO MERCEDES BENZ OF MIAMI FOR MY SERVICE NEEDS. It is a bit of a drive but well worth it!

I'll first make sure to give credit to the team responsible for loaner payments, I dealt with two women who were really efficient and personable and made sure all paperwork was accurate (even noticing an error and re-doing it by my side so very quickly). Unfortunately I was very let down with two aspects of my service - since parts were unavailable at the time, I had to leave my car much longer than expected. There were no loaner vehicles available. I was not offered any solution to cover the time my car would be out (which at that time was thought to be 5 days). I think the team should have found something to help, maybe an Uber credit, or offering to drop off a loaner to my house if it became available. I got a call on Monday that a car was now available, but I had to come and get it. Having a newborn, this is not easy to facilitate when car-less. It ended up taking 1.5 weeks for my car to be finished (which I understand, knowing parts were not immediately available) but when my car pulled up it had not even been washed (or rinsed). I expect my car to be washed when I pick it up, especially based on the trouble I had. Even lower-end dealerships provide this, and I pay the monthly maintenance plan which I definitely do not utilize to it's fullest, so it felt pretty bad after going through so much trouble with the loaner, and having my car for much longer than anticipated.

My experience was not great, I bought a CPO car and I love it but my experience wasn't pleasant. They didn't assess/service the car to the T, one of the window buttons on the driver door doesn't light up at dark, super annoying, and the engine light came on 2 weeks in. On top of that they tried adding additional fee to the out-the-door price they quoted and the spare key they were supposed to send after is 2 weeks late. I know some other dealers(even with less luxurious brands) throw in free oil change with service, they won't even do that, you are paying for premium service by buying a mercedes but you actually get less.

Terrible experience with the collision center. Got rear-ended and had a repair of almost $25,000. Took them more than 2 months, mainly because they ordered 3 times the wrong door lock. Had to be shipped from Germany, so probably 6 weeks delay only because of the wrong door lock. Things can happen - but the customer service was extremely disappointing. No excuse, no willingness at least after 6-8 weeks to provide me with a loaner. Professional friendliness in the communication, but no apology or help at all Even more embarrassing: They shipped my car to my home (which was great). But it turned out that the spare wheel on the back door was heavily rattling and vibrating upon closing the door. Means they either didn't test it or just didn't care. Had to bring the car back to get it fixed

Took my car for service of an automatic truck issue. Aside from blaming me for the trunk failure, they failed to fix it. Actually, they failed to do anything for days until I called to get my car back. Then they claimed it was worked on. And it still doesn't work. Mercedes of Miami is useless.

Maintenance Advisor Carlos was exceptional, he was thorough with every question asked and checked my car before taking it to the garage. In doing so he found some issues that need to be addressed. Online I made a request to see a vehicle and I was paired up with Melvin. He texted me soon after and we set up a time for me to come in. He kept in constant contact with me. We met at the set time and Melvin was great throughout the whole process, from test driving the car to actually buying the car. He explained everything step by step. Great guy to have as your salesperson. Ask for Melvin.

I always have a good experience getting my car serviced at Mercedez Benz of North Miami ( Miami Gardens) It’s not the closest Mercedez Benz to my house but I like going there. Carlos has been the person up front most times.He has been great, very professional and exceptionally nice. I have also received the same service from others in the Service Department. Most importantly, my car felt and drove beautifully when I left.

I have been taking my 2012 Mercedes Benz C250 to this same dealership since I purchased it new in 2012. Every year I have faithfully taken it here for my all of my annual maintenance service(s). I have never missed, or neglected to take my car in for annual maintenance. I would guess that this is one of the main reasons that I am proud to say that I have NEVER had any major, or minor issues with the performance of my car. Could I probably have had the annual maintenance done for significantly less at another auto services business? Probably, but I feel a lot better knowing that I'm paying for auto mechanics with excellent experience, and the formal education to work on my car that is the best in the Mercedez-Benz industry. For 11 years now, I continue to feel very pleased with my car's performance EVERY time I leave my driveway.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the service department in Miami. The customer service of the service advisors I encountered is subpar, more specifically I was assigned Justin A. When I arrived I waited almost 45 mins - 1hr with no greeting or explanation that anyone would be with me to help. Many of the advisors were standing around talking amongst themselves. I inquired about the wait to one of the outside service ladies and was told by her that he was ready for me. He has me to take a seat at his desk and then proceeds to tell me to go wait in the lounge again and he will be with me when he is ready. His demeanor is very cold. I explain the part that needs replacement with pictures and he dismisses me and said we will call you with the diagnosis. The diagnosis took 3 days to only confirm what I already said was the problem. They tried to include maintenance on parts that were already changed recently along with services that were already performed via my confirmation on the phone. I read over the paperwork, he lied about reasons for denial, but whatever. We agreed to order the power steering pulley and change the serpentine belt and battery. It took them an additional two weeks, several texts and lies on phone calls about service times, to install the parts and return my vehicle. Absolutely unacceptable. I have been a Mercedes Benz customer for well over 10 years and have been serviced at dealerships across the south and I can assure you that the quality of service here does not match the prices or the standards of Mercedes Benz. I do not recommend. I really hope they get some better customer service skills soon.

It pains me to downgrade my satisfaction with this business but they have slipped on the banana peel since the COVID-19 pandemic. 1. Our service advisor is the best and that's why we still patronize this dealership. He is always polite and responsive. 2. The service department is overwhelmed with the number of cars. We usually have to leave our cars for 1-2 weeks and the problems aren't being fixed. Sometimes a new problem occurs within 10 miles after leaving the shop. 3. The service level at the loaner counter is terrible. The dealership has reduced the available loaner cars and understaffed the desk. We have had to wait well over an hour to get a loaner car. The loaner desk has been closed until 10 am on a recent visit. The person behind the desk has no sense of urgency and poor customer service skills. 4. I drive an older model vehicle. I feel that the technicians are not well trained on older cars. New technicians are likely trained to work on the newer models with minimal time getting certified on cars that are over 10 years old. Sad but true. ?

What a nightmare of a business! DO NOT go there if you care about your money and the way you are treated. I bought an allegedly brand new vehicle (zero miles) that broke two days after it was purchased. They start accusing me that I did something to it. After I proved that the damage was not made by me they took the car under the promise that they will fix it, every week was a different excuse (that they were waiting for the part, that they were waiting for MB to approve it, and blah blah blah) and all they were doing was to keep the car long enough (over a month) so i won’t be able to return it, after several weeks of me patiently waiting to get the car back the GM graciously told me to take the car the way it was and to go to hell and I ended up with a almost 7 thousand dollars bill.. What a shame of a dealer.. MB should be putting more attention into who they licensed their name.

How Can a Mercedes Benz dealership never have any loaners. Bought an S550 , and i could never get good service at this dealership. I came in for a serious problem where the car breaks by itself and the emergency break engages also and wont release. The service guy basically told me on Saturday that they wont be able to look at the car until Wednesday and that its probably better for me to take it somewhere else. Even though he asked me where i bought the car and i told him it was in his dealership. By telling me to go to another dealership, not only he is putting my car in danger of damage but he is also risking my life. Is this Mercedes service ??? never buying a mercedes again.

I loved my sales associate who was Simona. She was phenomenal. She was very informative. And as a woman, I dread the car buying experience. She made me feel comfortable and confident in her having my best interest at heart. I was very pleased with my experience with her. However, Raul, the person who was in finance. That experience wasn’t so pleasant. He was very much condescending, high pressure and pushy on selling me the “add ons”. He made me feel like buying the pre maintenance package was a now or never thing. Even after expressing I wasn’t comfortable with the payment. $3k later for 3 years of maintenance when I barely put 5k miles on my car a year, I now know he totally got over on me. Oh and the $1708 “vehicle protection”. And after doing research, I discovered I could’ve bought that package later on when I felt more comfortable. And that my maintenance wouldn’t have even equated to that much. $4708 later for 3 years… And the package is non refundable apparently. As a repeat client of this dealership. This is now my 3rd Mercedes from them. And as someone who has an 800+ credit score. I would’ve liked to have been treated better. Needless to say, this will be my last Mercedes with them. Fast forward, I wrote the same review on another platform. Had someone respond to contact the GM. I called and he’s on vacation and won’t be back for a week…this place has become a joke. It has gone down hill in the last decade.

I ordered a new GLS from Francisco, he was very good, he always answered my calls, sent paperwork to me in another state so I could sign and get my car by the end of the year. I am a working Mother very busy with 6 kids?..I was in the North Miami Mercedes dealership, once to purchase, the guy told me my previous car was a piece of junk, it was a 2 year old beautiful Infinity, second time to bring in my new Mercedes for oil change, had an appointment, waited 50 minutes and still didn?t see me, saw my person that was supposed to take care of me , talking to a random lady with no appointment, I asked who she was, they said she doesn?t have appointment, I took my Keyes and left?.. 3rd time was the worst, my car was towed in to N.M.B. FL, service department on Miami Gardens on Monday Morning and never received a call about my car. I called in at end of day they told me they will let me know what?s wrong after they inspect car. I called next midday, the guy in charge of my car named Alan, said rudely to me , why are you calling me, I told you we?ll let you know, we won?t get to your car till Thursday . I asked for a loaner, he said wait on line , no cars available. I told him to please update me, he never did , I had to call on Thursday to see why they didn?t look at my car yet.. man at cashier was very rude too. Promised never to buy Mercedes again.

As usually , I had the yearly review done in nobember 22. After a few weeks, and less than 50 miles , an alert screen advise me that the coolant level need to be checked . they performed a total check and told me that a big repair was needed ($ 13,000 ) what a surprise after paying about $1,000 for the annual check . I guess that the repair was done properly but we will see . The big complaint IS trying to contact over the phone , impossible , several intents and hours wasted waiting before contacting with a person and when that person tried to conected me , another nightmare and more waste of hours of my time . NEED A deep review of your telephone systems . Less machine time and more interphase with a person on a reasonable timeframe . Horrible service

Had a good experience at the dealership. I did set an appointment that somehow got lost, despite me receiving a confirmation. The attendant didn’t try to help or offer any solution. El peor servicio una irresponsabilidad total. Fui para sustituir una batería auxiliar y salió el carro sin aire y para revisarlo cobran casi 400$ solo la revisión. Ni siquiera teniendo la conciencia de que salió dañado Justo allí al recibirlo hice la queja y me dicen que no pueden hacer nada que pague la revisión no importa si llego funcionando y allí con ellos adentro salió sin funcionar. Además que puede existir una vinculación entre lo que se hizo con lo que se daño. Y el manager tampoco resolvió ni siquiera consultar con el mecánico que pudo haber pasado. Posiblemente un corto circuito y daño el módulo. No vayan para allá. Una irresponsabilidad total y no les importa el cliente en lo más mínimo. Solo quitar dinero.

Bait and Switch. Drove all the way to the dealership to look at two cars they show online available at their location. Only to find out that their online inventory may not be updated. They show cars online that look great and once you show up and they have you in their dealership you find out that their inventories are different or their great deals that brought you in are suddenly unavailable. Completely unapologetic to not bother with location.

Miserable service. I phoned to book an appointment for recall service. Recorded msg urged me to book online instead, which I did. In the booking I described exactly the service I needed. When I arrived at M-B, a 45 minute drive from home, the service director informed me they didn’t have the required parts. I told him I described what work I needed in my online appointment request. He answered, ‘we don’t look at that until you come in.’ So 90 minutes of driving wasted. Bottom line: if you MUST come here, make your appointment via phone. If you aren’t getting recall work done, GO ELSEWHERE! There are other, independent and good repair shops in the area that provide good customer service and quality repairs at a fraction of the outrageous prices charged by Auto Nation. UPDATE: After seeing the response below I phoned Mercedes twice at the number mentioned and got the service department. No one knew the name of the general manager and could only promise ‘someone from the team would call me.’ When I explained that the GM said he wanted to talk to me, they agreed to find out who that was and request that he call or email. No one has called or emailed me. Just another indication that Autonation/Mercedes isn’t serious about customer service.

The manager, Bryan Lastres specifically, was extremely rude and after having the same issue with my vehicle sensors four times, they were unable to help and on top of it wanted to charge for the service when it is a manufacturing problem. After purchasing over 10 vehicles with Mercedes Benz in the past couple of years we are extremely disappointed and will no longer be returning to this dealership.

Jay works with my schedule as off as it can be, and ensures I feel treated like a loyal Mercedes Benz customer. Thanks to not just him but the managers, valets, car wash techs, cashiers and loaner car specialist its never a hassle. KUDOS TO YOU ALL!!! UPDATE 2022!! Well the service reps have certainly changed, younger crew but they are very professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable so I give them kudos. It's been a minute since I've taken my car in, some changes surprised me but it wasn't bad. Although i would have preferred a car to run my errands, they did make sure i got where i meeded and provided transportation to get me back. I have a new service rep, Andy Garcia (not the actor) he's a very polite young man. He was knowledgeable and funny, explaining all the new changes. Thank you Andy for all your help.

First and foremost I must say this is my first time visiting this location and it’s different then where I normally go. When I first got there no one greeted me unprofessional I had to find someone to let them know I was there for my appointment. Then when the advisor went to my car he didn’t introduce himself I had to walk up to him unprofessional. My information was gathered I was given a ride to a place of my choice. My car was with them since 8:30 I didn’t hear anything back about my vehicle until about 3pm. I must say I went here because it was close and I needed someone to check my vehicle out because of the alarming message I received on my vehicle. I really don’t think I will be returning.

Had a service appointment at 7am on Tuesday. Service manager finally greeted me at 7:40am. Was told the repair would take 1-2 days. Called in Thursday at 12:04 because I?d never heard from the dealership and no one was available to speak but was told I?d be called back. Didn?t happen. Called back at 5:24pm insisted on speaking to a manager. Was told the repair wasn?t started - staffing shortage. Picked-up car at 6:30pm because I need the car. Will try again next week.

The service attended didn't follow up with me like he said he would, I had to keep calling to find out what was going on with my car. I've been to this location twice, and they refuse to give me a loner car, even though they were keeping my car overnight. The other dealership that I deal with makes me feel like family. I never have to contact them as to when my car is ready; and I never have a problem getting a loaner car.

I really like this dealership and service department. It used to be top tier, but the service department has slipped in the past 2 years. I'm not sure if it is a pandemic created shortage of technicians or something more problematic, but my older model Benz cars have had problems immediately after leaving the shop. I also noticed they broke my front grille and glued it back together instead of replacing it. That was upsetting. I hope they can get back on top of their game... soon.

Although I came in with my approval usaa bank letter it took extremely long to meet with Joshua to do the closing ( he did apologize). I got there at 11:00 am and did not leave until 7:00 pm The car did not have a car manual I have asked Miguel Diaz twice to please mail me one along with my key covers that I was not able to get since service was already closed when we finally got done with the signing and I still have not received it. Nice man but a bit forgetful, can you please send me my items, I would appreciate it.

Don’t buy used cars from them!!! This place sold a used “certified pre-owned” Mercedes without disclosing that it had been in an accident. Apparently they sent the car to an outside body shop in Hialeah that glued the bumper to the fender and did a crap paint job. The used salesman said the rear bumper was re-painted because the single owner (an old gentleman) bumped into a parking sign. Liars!

Apparently during their multi point check no one looked at the filters that were original and extremely clogged. Nor were fluids changed. I understand if you buy a Mercedes you get a real service, if you buy any other used car you do it yourself

Muchas gracias Melvin por tu trabajo. Desde el primer momento nos ayudaste en todo lo que necesit�bamos. El d�a que fuimos al dealer a ver los carros, te estabas marchando para casa y te presentaste para ayudarnos. Nos explicaste las caracter�sticas del carro perfectamente, dedicando todo el tiempo necesario. El proceso de venta ha sido excelente, si bien tras comparar el carro hubo unos d�as en que el Mercedes hab�a sido entregado en el puerto en Georgia pero no llegaba al dealer en Miami. Melvin se preocup� en todo momento por saber el status de cuando el carro llegaba al dealer y poder ir a recogerlo, con llamadas telef�nicas diarias y manteni�ndome informado. El d�a que recogimos nuestro carro nuevo, tambien nos dedic� todo el tiempo necesario para explicarnos todos los extras que incluye, funcionalidades, etc. incluso pasadas las 9 de la noche. A la ma�ana siguiente tuvimos la mala suerte de que el carro amaneci� con un problema en una llanta, un Flat tire. Melvin estaba en su d�a libre pero me contest� las llamadas y transmiti� la tranquilidad que un comprador necesita despu�s de haber comprado un carro nuevo el d�a anterior. Al d�a siguiente volv� al dealer y Melvin se encarg� de ayudarme en todo, sin suponer para m� ning�n coste, estando el carro ahora perfecto!! Si volviese a comprar un nuevo Mercedes, sin ninguna duda volver�a a contactar directamente con Melvin para que me ayudase. Lo mismo si tuviera que referir a alguien, le dar�a su tel�fono. Gracias

They claim to be a no haggle dealership, the price you see is the price you get. That claim is false. The price you see is not the price you get. The price you do get is the “no haggle price” plus almost $1000.00 as a result of this dealer adding on a “Dealer Prep”. So when you see their published “No Haggle Price” beware!

Had a 7am appointment. Waited for over 2 hours to be told it was going to have to stay overnight. I asked what was wrong with it and was told that things were busy and they hadn't had a chance to even run the diagnostic computer. Why have an appointment time? I understand the actual labor and work taking awhile, but this was ridiculous. Service manager was kind and seemed to have his hands tied. More of a systemic issue😞

This dealership sales definitely provided less than average experience. Car delivery done outdoor in sun/heat, when three cars parked in the air conditioned delivery garage (not delivered that day). It took the salesman an hour to find the second key fob for delivery, after finance was completed. I was not informed of features missing in 2022 GLC due to supply chain shortages (Nav, keyless rear door entry). Overall spent over 6 hrs on lot trying to purchase a car. Did not feel like Mercedes Benz level treatment. When reviewed on their company survey, was further threatened by salesman (text from salesman attached), instead of apology or any effort to fix or repair experience. Very disappointing experience.

The worse experience I've ever have for purchasing a car, I thought when I go to Mercedes will be a higher level of customer service scale, but unfortunately worse of the worse, the team dealt with me very poorly and cheap. First the hided the second key and never give to me until I had to fight for it with multiple phone calls and emails to the sales team with no response back and AutoNation customer relations. Second, I was told the car was inspected and diagnosed with no issues, but with owning the car for less than now, every time I made a phone call, people couldn't hear me, I had to take the car to the dealership and found the microphone wasn't working at all. Not sure how did Mercedes Benz of Miami inspected the car before releasing it for sale. I bought cars before from Classic Honda, Tropical Ford, then Field BMW twice and never had issues, but with my second bad experience with AutoNation Lexus then Mercedes I will never buy a car from AutoNation again. As I said worse of the worse.

I have had two Mercedes SUVs. I bought both at Mercedes Benz of Pompano. Now I drive from Pompano to Mercedes Benz of Miami. My favorite service advisor Bryan Lastres left Pompano to become the service manager of Miami. I knew it was worth the drive to take my 2019 GLC300 to Miami’s service department and I was right. I had called Pompano Mercedes to first have my GLC serviced. They said Bryan had left for Miami so I thought I would be OK with service in Pompano. After the first phone call there I knew I was headed to Miami and not returning to Pompano. Boy! Was I right ! First class treatment as it should be at Mercedes Miami. Bryan and his team were amazing. My car had its A service which was A+. Nice customer lounge. Friendly yet still keeps sophisticatation in their approach regarding all the staff. The only not so perfect part of my experience was the cashier. He wasn’t friendly and my credit card kept saying approved but he said it wasn’t working. He didn’t have the same friendly attitude as everyone else. My card was charged 3 times and although it showed up on Amex, eventually two of the charges show only pending and only one went through. MR. Cashier wasn’t too apologetic about my concerns that I had three major charges go through and AMEX was sending me texts of large purchase while I was checking out. Yes, it didn’t go through but would have liked MR. cashier to be more concerned. Otherwise everything was Fantastic. Clean car and car was ready when they said. Anything else I need including a new purchase possibly I am headed to Miami. The dealership is right off of I95 so easy in and easy out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My service Advisor and salesman who sold me the preservice maintenance were excellent. The cashier didn't provide me with a sale receipt for my credit card. I asked for a copy of the service Invoice to provide to M-B Financial Services (end of my lease). She didn't have one nor could she make me a copy. She didn't staple the pages together. When I asked for water because there wasn't any there each time I checked, she said go to the vending machine. Not customer helpful.

I wouldn't buy a car here because the sales team is too good to call or even email me when I made a request to trade in my 2007 SL 550. I am currently searching for alternative shops to service my vehicle due to the challenges related to this experience. It's too bad that this has become the norm in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Area.

I called the dealership twice to see if they had the AMG version of the GLC after I couldn’t find it in the dealership near me. I spoke to a sales woman who assured me they had it and said she would call me if they sold it I got there before my appointment the next day. When I left for my appointment I called again and she assured me they have the car. After driving there for more than an hour, when I got there she told me they don’t have the car and tried to sell me the basic GLC 300. She was also rude and arrogant. Don’t buy anything there!

I recently bought my car not even a month ago, there was a problem with one of the tires which I was not at fault. The tire had two bubbles which made me extremes dangerous to drive. I went to the dealership where I purchased the car. The service department was not helpful at all. From the moment I got there the assistant service manager Joel Larreynaga was very rude. Without even looking at the car he automatically wanted to charge me for a new tire. He then proceeded to be sarcastic and would not give me a loner when there was a box full of them. We decided to ask for the manager and he brought us another assistant manager. When I went to pick up the car the minute he saw me he got up, grabbed his stuff and attempted to walk out the front door to leave. When we asked him where he was going, that I needed my car his response was ?it?s past my bedtime?. Overall the experience was not pleasant at all. I do not recommend going with Joel because he will not be helpful.

The worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. No one ever called me back so I could speak to a sales person. I had to chase my sales person finally when she called me back for any information. I spent four hours at the dealership waiting for the finance person to handle my transaction. The finance manager lied to me and told me that Chase and Bank Of America declined my loan but Mercedes approved it at 5.99%. Then he took off 1% to 4.99 when I said no. I ended up writing him a check for $109,000 and did not finance it. Bank Of America called me the next morning wanting to review information and told me they never made a decision or declined the loan so the finance manager lied to me to push me into Mercedes-Benz credit. Highly fraudulent and I?m reporting it to the state of Florida. The car came in off the car carrier and when I picked it up they were marks and dirt on it all they did was wash it quickly and that was it. The interior was not cleaned at all. Like every other dealer they always wax it and make it pristine but not this dealership. They don?t have a expert to explain the car to you like every other dealership has the sales person sat with me and rushed me for about 10 minutes and did not know the answers or how the car functions. There are many many features that she never even told me about. She did not know the spare tire comes flat and remains flat and comes with a compressor, she wanted to fill it with air. Certain functions have plastic over them inside the car that should have been removed so they could function properly the preparation department did absolutely nothing. After negotiations and deciding to purchase the car, she then told me that they can?t Sully car to me because I?m an out-of-state customer. They only sell to Florida residence. If it was the last Mercedes dealership on earth I would never buy another car from them.

Only decent thing I could say was Joel was better at working and communicating with me towards the very end. However the beginning was horrible. No sense of urgency, rude service managers even the front desk was not welcoming when I came to pick up the car. I was out of a car for over a month causing me not to be able to work and unable to have a pleasant holiday season. I understand they said they were backed up but there was no excuse for the way I was treated. Not bashing Mercedes Benz as a whole but this was my worst experience with them.

Very Poor customer Service. After this Dealership neglected and damaged my van during the time when my Sprinter van was there for some scheduled repairs covered by the MB warranty. Now they are all refusing to fix the damage by claiming that it is not their fault. I spoke to both managers of the Miami Mercedes Benz and one of them just said that all they do over there is paper pushing and nothing else could be done for me in the situation.((((( WHAT????)))) I would not expect anyone to say that to me about their job. Especially if you work in the management for Mercedes-Benz. What really happened is THAT they just too afraid to admit that they messed up my interior and it is beyond cleaning and NOW will need to be replaced at additional costs. But Hey if you mess it up - You have to fix it. It is just the rule for all people with dignity. I am still waiting for them to call me back with the solution... to be continued.

To say that the customer service in this location is horrific would be an understatement. I made the mistake of purchasing a new SUV there in 2020. The latest string of exactly bad customer service experiences started on Aug. 27, when I asked them for 4 new tires after a regular service appointment showed I needed them. They were out of stock and promised to order and call me me when they arrived. Almost 2 weeks later no one called, so I called on Thur., Sept 2, explained the issue and was asked to leave a message. Three days later on Sept. 7, still no response so I called again and was asked to leave another message. Four days later, after no call back I asked to speak to the Supervisor in Parts, that was Sat., Sept. 11. Miraculously, I was transferred to him and he promised he would call me back by 5pm, but as of today, I’ve yet to receive a call from him. So I called again on Monday and asked to speak to the GM, who of course wasn’t available so I left a message. Finally, the service rep, Andy Garcia finally called back and said he would look into it and call me back. But at this point, two of my tires kept leaking air so I called Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables, who also didn’t have them in stock but ordered them immediately and I was able to get all new tires installed on Tuesday morning. Andy finally called back to tell me they’re still not ordered, but as clearly they had no interest in my business, I had already gone to another dealer. Turns out as they’re attempting to align my rear tires while installing the new ones, that the alignment was on wrong due to bad service several months before at, guess where? Mercedes-Benz of Miami collision center- due to a truck that hit my rear driver side. I called them up and the manager actually started raising his voice and arguing that it wasn’t their responsibility even though they were the ones who did the work! I called Andy since he was the one who worked with me through the whole collision thing months before and he said he would call the collision manager and then call me back the next morning. That was Tues., Sept. 14. He never called me back. So I called him on Thur., 2 days later, to follow up and he very nonchalantly tells me the collision manager won’t call him back and so sorry there’s nothing he can do. Not to mention when I first went to pick up my car at the collision center when they did the work, after 5 days, my tire was flat, and the rep was going to let me leave there with it like that until I brought it to his attention- then he says that it was a nail. So clearly, he knew there was a nail, and was ok with me leaving with it like that. Then he proceeds to argue with me that it’s not their fault, that the nail was there prior. This is preposterous since it wasn’t flat before I brought it in and it was there FIVE days, again they took no responsibility. So here I am stuck with a broken wheel alignment which they won’t even address and no one cares. This is by far the worst dealership with the worst customer service across the board.

It’s nearing the end of 2021 and there is a microchip shortage which unfortunately translates into a car shortage. We were recommended to Manny Fernandez, sakes consultant at Mercedes-Benz of Miami from a great friend who has purchased multiple Mercedes from Manny. There was just one… you read that right, one GLS350 model on the lot which had multiple scheduled appointments later on in the day to be seen and test driven, yet Manny fought his way through a sea of salesmen to locate the key which was neatly tucked in the pocket of another determined car salesman. We drove it and immediately fell in love, and Manny immediately began the process of securing the vehicle to us. When it came time for financing the vehicle, he secured Mr. Yunier Guerra to handle the negotiations with the banks in order to secure an outstanding APR. between laughs, and stories we felt comfortable and safe knowing we were doing business with ethical people, in the midst of a paralyzing pandemic and within the care of a wonderful company whose product we are honored to represent. Worst experience! I wanted to change my GLC300 for a new one at end of lease. Sales person give the worst service, not too many cars and very expensive. I went to return the vehicle, and Gus Figueroa, Sales Manager offered to purchase it and that I didn't have to ay for the disposition fee or any wear and tear in the vehicle. He sat me with Ashley, make me sign the transfer documents and I left happy to save some money I was not expecting. Over 2 months later Mercedes Benz called me I owed $635 for the disposition fee, so I told them it was a mistake and I would go the dealer to clarify with Gus Figueroa. They look everywhere and at the end only excuse MB did not authorize, I did not purchase another MB, but never contacted me to let me know. Fernando Lopez-Varela, totally unprofessional and rude also telling me I have to pay for it. I made a complaint with Autonation CorporateCustomer Relations and Renne answered me that Mercedes will not pay for the disposition fee I was holding them responsible for. I am not holding MB responsible, I am holding Autonation Responsible for the actions of one of his employees Gus Figuera. This is like MB says Autonation is responsible while Autonation is trying to make MB responsible and nobody take responsibily.

We recently purchased Certified pre-owned GLC300. Not only they lost the 2nd key for the vehicle, the Driver Assist features are not working. For over a month we are trying to get a 2nd key they ordered. We asked many times to make an appointment with a loaner availability to fix the driver assist and getting run around and nobody cares to follow up. This is the worst Mercedes Benz dealership. We owned Mercedes cars for over 20 years, AMGs, etc.... never had these issues until bought this car for our daughter. How can they certify the vehicle without fully inspecting major features? How can they have no follow-ups at the service? How can they even qualify to work with Mercedes Benz??

The first guy that I was talking to wasn?t knowledgeable about the features of the car and the second guy was the only person that knew something but not enough for the sell if anything Joshua should get the commission from the sell because he was great! My car was towed there to replace a tire and I had to wait 2 days to get it. One of the receptionists told me that my car was ready when it was not so I had to take an Uber there and back home. I was not offered a loaner car. I had to get a ride to the dealer to get the car when it was ready. The Service manager was not helpful. However Carlos was helpful.

Please do not use the service department at Mercedes-benz on 167st. The entire tag was stolen and they stated they are not responsible. Now a white BMW is riding around with the tag. Shame on your negligence Mercedes. I now have to fight tickets in my name due to the person running red lights with my tag. I have tried everything to resolve all these issues from having the car serviced here. Shame on you all. An $800 jib ending up costing nearly $2000. Car was ransacked and items are missing. Last Sunday my tire got busted, I don't have spare tire I guess because I have "run flat" tires. Put the car on a flat bed. Since it was Sunday afternoon, the security guard stubbornly wont let the truck enter the dealership's parking lot to drop-off the car. I called Gus Cosio, service department, and Gus too talked to the security on the phone, still, security guard wont budge. Gus offered to drive to the dealership to handle the situation. Luckily, we were able to solve the issue with Gus having to drive 40 minutes. The fact Gus was willing to drive speaks volume of Auto-Nation and Mercedes team and their customer service culture. Thank you gentlemen.

On Thursday, April 29th, I walked into the Mercedes Benz of Miami looking for my previous Salesman, Mr. Campbell only to find out he retired. I was met by Mr. Melvin Cabrera, he greeted me with a huge smile. I was not there to purchase a car, only to look at a car (Mercedes GLC 300) that I was going to purchase in Naples that Saturday. Low and behold the car I thought I was going to Naples to purchase turned out not to be the car I wanted. The car I wanted was parked in front of the Merecedes Benz of Miami dealership when I arrived (almost as if it had purposely place there waiting for my arrival). I asked Mr. Cabrera if the car was available he stated yes. From start to finish Mr. Cabrera was very professional, he worked very hard to insure that car would be mine. After the purchase of the car, Mr. Cabrera stated I'm not just your Salesman, anything you need to know about the car you can call me. I NEVER had a sales experience like that ever; and this is my 5th Mercedes. A very Professional, very attentive to detail salesman. I have always had a GREAT EXPERIENCE at Mercedes Benz of MIAMI. I can't say that for all Mercedes Benz dealerships. But Miami has ALWAYS been a favorite of mine.

After running my credit I did not hear from Alina or Alberto for over 5 days. Once we called back to inquire on what was going on we were treated super unprofessionally by Alberto who yelled at me and cut me off as I was trying to explain my frustration and confusion with the whole process. I then called back to speak to the GM to voice my concerns and he assured me that he would address this issue and that he would call back, that never happened either. The lack of communication on their end and vagrant disrespect towards me is unacceptable. It's not okay to be treated this way by folx who are supposed to be helping me and my husband purchase a new vehicle. This whole ordeal left a very sour taste in our mouths with ever engaging with Mercedes Benz in the future. As a previous Mercedes Benz owner I went back to MB because my experience a decade ago was so pleasant and inviting, but this MB dealer of Miami has turned me off completely and I will likely never return as a customer.

It's been a week since I bought my car. One of the worst decisions I ever made was to buy a used car from this business with cash. The half-truth about paying in-full with my debit card should've been the sign for me to end the deal. The vehicle malfunctioned after driving about 700 miles. It's currently in the shop at another dealership. Unfortunately the return policy is 250 miles. Additionally, the front right fender fell down. My assumption is it was glued in place for presentation for the sale. Very deceptive! take your business somewhere else!

For some reason MB of Miami Service Department thinking, that if you own MB - they can make unreasonable charges on very basic services. (as example - starter battery replacement) 1. Any MB USA list price for the battery is $260. MB of Miami $333 my question is why is $ 73 over list price? Answer was: "Installation fee, recycle fee and something else". Usually You got paid or discounted if you bring battery for recycle! All places I was replace the battery in my life installation always included in price you pay for the battery! 2. When you do check mark, that you want your estimate in writing, adviser bring you piece of paper, where you can see ONLY battery price plus tax. And when I mentioned about 10% discount coupon I'm received - he said that is not a problem, manager will apply for you. 3. So, finally everything was done, adviser calls you to the casher and hands you paperwork, where you surprisingly see different and much higher price! So you have + $67 labor (to already explained $73 labor, installation) plus $44 "shop supplies for repair order" What is shop supplies $44 for replace the battery??? In my case is clearly ripping off for unreasonable and simple service, like replace the battery... I have good relationship with director of services. He is always trying to help, but in this time I'm very upset and disappointed.

My brand new 2021 E 53 amg broke down and completely died after only 600 miles on it. My pervious car which was an e400 also had engine starting issues multiple times but that is another story. I was waiting since 10:30am to have my car towed by roadside assistance but eventually had to call my own tow truck company because it was 8:30pm and Mercedes still couldn’t find the cheapest tow truck company to tow my car. Do yourself a favor and just get a Kia. Much cheaper and same exact quality.

Francisco went above and beyond to find my car. I live in Indiana and my local dealer could not find a car for me. I had a few specifics I was looking for in my new Mercedes so it was a bit challenging in a time of covid and car shortages. Francisco had my car shipped to Indiana from Miami. It was definitely a different experience buying a car remotely! Walter from finance however was a different story. I had my own financing so I guess he had better things to do, I would not want to deal with Walter again. I felt bad for Francesco having to pick up after Walter dropped the ball on sooooo many occasions. I honestly would have just said “forget it” if I wasnt desperate for a car. I met the transit driver at 8:30 pm on an icy snowy February evening in a dark empty parking lot. Seemed a bit surreal. Her boss Mr. Ralph, was also a very helpful and consummate professional who got me the best deal and met all my needs until I was 100% sure to purchase. There was a radio issue with the car, but after I notified Alina and Mr. Ralph, they immediately took care of that problem and when I got it back it was restored to perfect condition. I am completely satisfied with my new vehicle and the experience. Accompanied by our sales associate, Alina’s, genuine concern for making sure my car was totally ready to be sold as a representative of a Mercedes-Benz of Maimi pre owned vehicle. So I went in on Saturday, was told to go to the desk next to the rental desk to pick up the car and after waiting for some time, and after someone finally showing up, she asked me who called me, I couldn't recall the name and she starts looking for the paperwork and basically tells me, "Sorry, there's no paperwork here for you," as if that were my problem somehow that I needed to solve. So I reiterated that someone called me and that it must be there. She kept looking and told me again, basically asking me to come back another day, since there were few people there. I suggested she might want to ask someone, so she reluctantly asked someone who apparently helped her to find the documents. She then comes back to me and just hands them to me as if I were a bother, doesn't add anything else, like where I need to go next. Since I'm not a mind reader, I didn't know who I had to see next. I asked her what I needed to do, so she tells me to just pick up my car at the service after I show them the docs. I then pass by the rental desk and ask them if I needed to do anything and they said yes, that they would note I had returned the car. Thank goodness I took it upon myself since the first girl basically told me to just leave and didn't mention going to the rental counter despite the fact that I told her I was returning a rental. She basically acted like I was wasting her time and keeping her from going home. This is the type of service I would expect at Carmax, not MB.

In terms of my service experience, I brought my car in for service, they completed the service, but my service rep did not speak with me about the findings or recommendations. I later reviewed the paper work, which states two of my tires need to be replaced. What’s the point, of service, if all you do is do the paper work and not speak to me about it. The absolute most pathetic and horrific service experience I have ever encountered from a car dealership in my entire life. I’ve owned many new German cars. First owner of an $80,000 GLC300 4Matic. I just purchased my lease with remaining warranty with the intention of giving it to my son and leasing another Mercedes I want this month. I drove in to Mercedes Benz of Miami very recently to have legitimate issues addressed including a drivability failure which occurred only 6 weeks after purchase and deserved serious attention. Warranty work was approved after receiving a phone call and email. A day later, I received another email stating all warranty work is being declined and that I’m responsible for $5500 in repairs while the vehicle is still under warranty. This is after being informed warranty work was approved. Shockingly, I called Mercedes Benz USA customer service to appeal for assistance and was flatly declined and treated very poorly by them as well. Appalling customer service, I was treated so badly I will never purchase another Mercedes Benz in my life. Both Richard Suarez (Service Manager) was extremely rude, combative, cut me off in mid sentence and hung up on me claiming he had other people to call! Cesar Leon (Service Advisor) ignored my phone calls afterwards. Extremely awkward because I was nothing but courteous and polite in asking them to assist me with what any other dealer would recognize while my vehicle is still under warranty. Mercedes Benz’s motto is the “Best or Nothing”. I can honestly and truthfully tell those reading this that I got the “Best” of absolutely “Nothing” at all. “Caveat Emptor”. Buyer Beware! Truly mortified by this most awful experience that I would have never expected from a seemingly luxury brand. My vehicle completely failed me and Mercedes Benz will not back their product, they would rather place the blame on you instead.

I love that the time given for the car to be serviced is accurate. My only opinion is the price for the services is a bit high. I do not think that the labor should be more than the parts and an extra fee should be charged to the customer.

I was nervous about going in to this deal. It was a used car, but Stefano made my experience the best. He was completely upfront and told me that the truck had flaws. I was ok with that. I would say that if you want to purchase a car go to Autonation Mercedes Benz off of 826. That service and care that I received was just like I was purchasing a brand new Benz. I worked with Carlos who was beyond caring, so helpful and very respectful of the chaos I was in because of the nail in my tire. He took care of replacing the tire within an hour and a half which was really great given that I did not have an appointment and the service people were so busy. He checked on me several times and gave me an update. The price for all the work and the tire replacement was high but I had no choice; when Carlos came back to me at the end he was happy to tell me that I had saved $70 on what was originally quoted. I was so grateful!

Their lack of informing me on the tire maintenance package. I was informed that I have a package that covers brakes, alignment, rooters things associated with tires but not a tire packs. I was never told anything about it being separate and I was rudely told that I assumed that it was included in my package. And I questioned the director who said that to me if that’s the case isn’t it the sales associate job to inform me? They refuse to work with me and I’m willing to still pay for the package in full and their refusing to allow me to pay.

Mercedes-Benz have the worst customer service ever. I bought my car January 2019 at Mercedes of Miami. Since the day of, my salesman told me the car has a recall on the sunroof I need to bring the car back which I did. October 2019 part of the sunroof flew on the highway, I almost got into a car accident. I took the car to the dealership they fixed it. Three weeks ago, the same thing happened I spoke with the assistant manager he said Mercedes don’t want to fix I need to pay for the part. I called customer care spoke with Jeffrey Washington he said he was going to call me back in 48 hours it’s been 5 days. I haven’t get a call back. I even called Friday since he never called the representative told me he was on a call he will call me back as soon as he finished. Today is Sunday I still don’t hear from him. To make the case worst, I came to my car I found the whole sunroof is open I tried to close it I can’t. It’s raining nonstop in Miami. I cannot even go home. Thanks Mercedes for the wonderful manufacture and customer care. I’m posting this for others to know how bad the service is. If you want to save yourself some times and trouble stay away from Mercedes-Benz. Buy a quality car and somewhere the value you as a customer. If you know a way I can come out of this please let me know I will greatly appreciate it. Mercedes-Benz is the worst.

Wasted my time and came home to discover that my service contract does not expire until 2021. I understand it’s the pandemic. This is no way to try and drive revenue by misleading your clients. was quoted - $849 for an oil change and other services that the car did not need. waited 20 minutes before i could talk to my advisor, and waited 2.1/2 hrs for my car that came back appearing dirty on the outside because they didn't bother to dry the car when it came out from the carwash. Used this dealership for service and would highly recommend them over other dealerships. They were courteous and efficient. It was hard to get a call back for the appointment but it is very busy there so I will cut them slack. Steven was great to work with. One issue that was quite disappointing is that they brought the car back to me with some type of stains all over it. When I questioned the service person that handles the outside area, she looked at the stains and said “ you must have brought it here like that”. I had to take out a wet wipe and rub it to show them it comes off with some rubbing. They took the car to “refashion it”, it was returned to me like it was washed by hand with dirty water. I couldn’t even see out of the windshield. I just left, a bit frustrated and brought the car to a car wash. Since washing the car is a courtesy, I didn’t make a big deal, but honestly I should have left with a sparkling vehicle.

BE CAREFUL!!! Please read this entire review, it may help you during your next purchase. I can’t say anything bad about my service advisor Steve Adams he is very professional and always tried to help me but what happened today during service is what drove me to write this review. I was charged $385 just to tell me that I needed to change one of my rotors because it was warped. I know if you take your car to the dealership to get serviced you should already expect the service to be some what pricey but this is ridiculous and I was told it took more than 2 hours just to find this simple issue. Which is insane. It’s like going there for a light bulb not working they will check the whole wiring system spend a couple of hours just to tell me the light bulb is burnt . But the most frustrating part about my experience with this dealership is when I first purchased the car I was told numerous times that I should purchase the extended warranty so my warranty will last me 5 years, they made it seem like this thing was something magical so I purchased the warranty. A few months back I was told that my warranty will expire soon, therefore making my warranty expire 6 months earlier than expected. This was because the warranty was already in effect when the first owner bought the car, NOT me. I was really frustrated so I checked all the paperwork that I had originally signed and to my surprise there was no warranty expiry date on the papers. Keep in mind that usually when purchasing a warranty the end date is supposed to be on the paperwork but as you can see these people are not trust worthy. They sold me on a “5 year” warranty but what I really got was 4 years and 6 months. They never told me exactly how much time I had left, or that the previous owner was already using it. How was I supposed to know this?!? That’s because I trusted the person who sold me the warranty. After I got the warranty the car had a few issues with the motor intake and the steering system, none of which was covered under the warranty so I had to pay out of pocket. What caused me to go in for service this last time was a sound that I kept hearing on my roof which I was told again, wasn’t covered by the extended warranty. The only thing that would cover this issue would be a manufacturer warranty which I HAD when I first told them about the sound years ago and they could not figure out the problem. Now coincidentally that its on the extended warranty, they know whats causing the sound but won’t cover it !! I tried to talk with the person that sold me the warranty but I was told he is no longer with the company and there is nothing I could do but buy another car. I know that I should of been more careful, however it is their job to explain these details to the customer. This has been one of the most stressful experiences and I hope no one has to go through this. I wish I have done more research, read more reviews, because based other experiences I would have never trusted these people and this would of never happened. This is why dealerships have the reputation they have, and I hope this review helps perpetuate the same stereotype that has been going on since the beginning of time which is that, they only want your money, once they have that, they don’t care for you as a customer.

We had to hunt down the salesman (who started immediately avoiding phone calls), and ended up dealing with the store manager who behaved identically. A high end dealer????? Turns out the entire underneath of the car, the metal was BENT. it was very difficult to drive and pulled me severely to the left. I bought my car a month ago.... made my first car payment and realized I haven’t even gotten a chance to drive the car for more than a week! Albert sold me the car. As soon as I told him there was an issue he became VERY hard to get a hold of. He did not inform me on what was happening with my car, no type of updates or anything like that. Absolutely terrible terrible and very disappointing experience. This was was in NO WAY inspected before I got it because I bought a damaged car. Dealership COULD NOT CARE LESS that they sold me a messed up car.
