I’ve tried giving this place a chance a few time a. My service experience has always need poor. They don’t do the best they can for the customer. I’ve felt with the same advisor several times and it doesn’t seem to fail that I can’t get my issues resolved or it is a hassle.

Never say never and last 2 weeks ago i bought my second MB in this store a GLC coupe, at the beginning i wasn’t really interesting to switch my car, i use to have a c class convertible and a friend of mine use to have a GLC coupe and i like it, i pass by MB Miami by curiosity and meet a salesperson her name is Simona Stojkovska, professional and friendly she proposed me my car same color that i use to have and the unthinkable has happened lol we do the deal and pretty fast, she also was concerned about after the deal for the remaining payment, this person is professional before and after, i defenetly recommended her

My service experience with a guy Noel was not so good at the beginning and I was planning to change a dealership. He was never trying to help with questions/issues regards service of my car. Mercedes Benz must have a high standards and quality everywhere: from when you buying a car and after when you need to service it!… But after I asked to change a representative and found Carlos. And this guy is pro and highly recommend him when you need a service for your lovely Mercedes car

Absolutely terrible customer service...had a lexus for 5 years unfortunately it was totalled...I came to mercedes I now drive an e class 2018 awesome car...wen I need maintenance it' seem like they are the nastiest people there.. u can't reserve a loaner car prior to dropping ur car for service and ur paying extra for this!!!! Should have stayed with lexus!! The technicians keep my car in good condition...wish to speak with them directly..ill probably get people with better personalities..

Mercedes-Benz charges over 100% for regular service of your car! An oil change which wouldn't be more than $50 at a Jiffy Lube is $500! Plus, something which qualifies as a recall (some models were actually recalled) like fuel leaking, is not covered. They wanted to charge me nearly $3000 to get their problem-now my problem, and danger, fixed. Our Auto Service Advisor was nice until I began removing proposed services from his exorbantly high quote. I don't think it's fair; it's poor customer service and it does not instill confidence in their customers.

The worse experience I've ever have for purchasing a car, I thought when I go to Mercedes will be a higher level of customer service scale, but unfortunately worse of the worse, the team dealt with me very poorly and cheap. First the hided the second key and never give to me until I had to fight for it with multiple phone calls and emails to the sales team with no response back and AutoNation customer relations. Second, I was told the car was inspected and diagnosed with no issues, but with owning the car for less than now, every time I made a phone call, people couldn't hear me, I had to take the car to the dealership and found the microphone wasn't working at all. Not sure how did Mercedes Benz of Miami inspected the car before releasing it for sale. I bought cars before from Classic Honda, Tropical Ford, then Field BMW twice and never had issues, but with my second bad experience with AutoNation Lexus then Mercedes I will never buy a car from AutoNation again. As I said worse of the worse.

I visited the store several time with a strong intention to buy a car but always left the store feeling offensive and disrespectful.. I understand the market is hot and lack of availability but this is not the reason to provide such a low level service to people interested to be your clients. Love Mersedez Benz but after living in difference countries can say that this store provides the worst service I have ever had experience to deal with. I have had two Mercedes SUVs. I bought both at Mercedes Benz of Pompano. Now I drive from Pompano to Mercedes Benz of Miami. My favorite service advisor Bryan Lastres left Pompano to become the service manager of Miami. I knew it was worth the drive to take my 2019 GLC300 to Miami’s service department and I was right. I had called Pompano Mercedes to first have my GLC serviced. They said Bryan had left for Miami so I thought I would be OK with service in Pompano. After the first phone call there I knew I was headed to Miami and not returning to Pompano. Boy! Was I right ! First class treatment as it should be at Mercedes Miami. Bryan and his team were amazing. My car had its A service which was A+. Nice customer lounge. Friendly yet still keeps sophisticatation in their approach regarding all the staff. The only not so perfect part of my experience was the cashier. He wasn’t friendly and my credit card kept saying approved but he said it wasn’t working. He didn’t have the same friendly attitude as everyone else. My card was charged 3 times and although it showed up on Amex, eventually two of the charges show only pending and only one went through. MR. Cashier wasn’t too apologetic about my concerns that I had three major charges go through and AMEX was sending me texts of large purchase while I was checking out. Yes, it didn’t go through but would have liked MR. cashier to be more concerned. Otherwise everything was Fantastic. Clean car and car was ready when they said. Anything else I need including a new purchase possibly I am headed to Miami. The dealership is right off of I95 so easy in and easy out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

took my car in to have A/C repaired on a '21 E class. shortly after, my front windshield began to fog up from the outside constantly, in all weather. I had to use my wipers every 30 seconds or less and it was a nuisance to drive this way especially to park. Had to find out the hard way when I could see in front of me, trying to park and operate the wipers all at once, I substantially damaged my front bumper. I called the service department to get the car back in the shop, because I'm still thinking that there's a problem with my A/C. After I find out that my service adviser has left, I ask to speak to the Manager. This person, after hearing my issues, just blamed everything on the weather. when I asked him, if it's normal that I'm in the only vehicle on the road among 300 others in 85 degree sunny weather using wipers, while no else is!!! to this, he offered nothing helpful or useful or even dealership services. he just blamed mother nature. IGNORANT but not rude.

Waste of time. They are a joke. I called for a B2 service, they told me they can't give me a price on the phone and they would have courtesy cars. When I got there they gave me a price of $1,000 more than what I pay in Daytona if I just wait a week. And courtesy car in their world means Uber. I was planning to buy a new Mercedes, but for sure not there.

My service Advisor and salesman who sold me the preservice maintenance were excellent. The cashier didn't provide me with a sale receipt for my credit card. I asked for a copy of the service Invoice to provide to M-B Financial Services (end of my lease). She didn't have one nor could she make me a copy. She didn't staple the pages together. When I asked for water because there wasn't any there each time I checked, she said go to the vending machine. Not customer helpful.

Once again the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Every single time I go to this dealership I have Mr. Rafael Marzo assist me. He’s such a genuine nice guy and he will take excellent care of you when needing service for your Vehicle. Once you are sat down he will check up on you every now and then keeping you updated on your car and on top of that he even gave me a free car wash complementary. He has excellent customer service !!! The only thing I was very upset about was when I arrived to the center to give in my vehicle the valet lady (with curly black hair) was very rude and did not seem to be in such a great mood. I definitely did not like how she handled to approach me to take my vehicle in. Very unsatisfying and unprofessional of her but other than that the dealership is an outstanding place to be when needing your car serviced.

When I arrived I was told there would be no loaner and they would only provide a ride one way. When I demanded to see Manager they told me they would provide a ride both ways. I called the dealership twice to see if they had the AMG version of the GLC after I couldn’t find it in the dealership near me. I spoke to a sales woman who assured me they had it and said she would call me if they sold it I got there before my appointment the next day. When I left for my appointment I called again and she assured me they have the car. After driving there for more than an hour, when I got there she told me they don’t have the car and tried to sell me the basic GLC 300. She was also rude and arrogant. Don’t buy anything there!

I recently bought my car not even a month ago, there was a problem with one of the tires which I was not at fault. The tire had two bubbles which made me extremes dangerous to drive. I went to the dealership where I purchased the car. The service department was not helpful at all. From the moment I got there the assistant service manager Joel Larreynaga was very rude. Without even looking at the car he automatically wanted to charge me for a new tire. He then proceeded to be sarcastic and would not give me a loner when there was a box full of them. We decided to ask for the manager and he brought us another assistant manager. When I went to pick up the car the minute he saw me he got up, grabbed his stuff and attempted to walk out the front door to leave. When we asked him where he was going, that I needed my car his response was ?it?s past my bedtime?. Overall the experience was not pleasant at all. I do not recommend going with Joel because he will not be helpful.

Terrible service department- DO NOT buy a car here - they’re slow, rude, will make you wait, and do not listen to your concerns. They also tried to hustle my girlfriend into paying for extras (before they even drove or saw the car) that they claimed were necessary but isn’t needed on a brand new car (confirmed by a mechanic friend and not in the warranty) because they thought they could take advantage of a woman. My friend used the coral gables dealership and had a much different experience.

The worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. No one ever called me back so I could speak to a sales person. I had to chase my sales person finally when she called me back for any information. I spent four hours at the dealership waiting for the finance person to handle my transaction. The finance manager lied to me and told me that Chase and Bank Of America declined my loan but Mercedes approved it at 5.99%. Then he took off 1% to 4.99 when I said no. I ended up writing him a check for $109,000 and did not finance it. Bank Of America called me the next morning wanting to review information and told me they never made a decision or declined the loan so the finance manager lied to me to push me into Mercedes-Benz credit. Highly fraudulent and I?m reporting it to the state of Florida. The car came in off the car carrier and when I picked it up they were marks and dirt on it all they did was wash it quickly and that was it. The interior was not cleaned at all. Like every other dealer they always wax it and make it pristine but not this dealership. They don?t have a expert to explain the car to you like every other dealership has the sales person sat with me and rushed me for about 10 minutes and did not know the answers or how the car functions. There are many many features that she never even told me about. She did not know the spare tire comes flat and remains flat and comes with a compressor, she wanted to fill it with air. Certain functions have plastic over them inside the car that should have been removed so they could function properly the preparation department did absolutely nothing. After negotiations and deciding to purchase the car, she then told me that they can?t Sully car to me because I?m an out-of-state customer. They only sell to Florida residence. If it was the last Mercedes dealership on earth I would never buy another car from them.

Worst Service Department Ever - Had an issues with servicing my car due to a simple warranty mistake by another dealership. Assistant Service Manager and Service Manger both refused to contact the other dealership or the Warranty company to work it out. Kept telling me they are not affiliated. I reminded them they all have the Mercedes Name on the Front Door but they refused to assist any further. Took the car to Coral Gables Mercedes and they had it worked out in a matter of minutes. I do not recommend this dealership as they lack the spirit to serve their customers. Save yourself the aggravation and just go to the Coral Gables Dealership where you will find a Team of professionals that want to provide the best service possible.

Only decent thing I could say was Joel was better at working and communicating with me towards the very end. However the beginning was horrible. No sense of urgency, rude service managers even the front desk was not welcoming when I came to pick up the car. I was out of a car for over a month causing me not to be able to work and unable to have a pleasant holiday season. I understand they said they were backed up but there was no excuse for the way I was treated. Not bashing Mercedes Benz as a whole but this was my worst experience with them.

Very Poor customer Service. After this Dealership neglected and damaged my van during the time when my Sprinter van was there for some scheduled repairs covered by the MB warranty. Now they are all refusing to fix the damage by claiming that it is not their fault. I spoke to both managers of the Miami Mercedes Benz and one of them just said that all they do over there is paper pushing and nothing else could be done for me in the situation.((((( WHAT????)))) I would not expect anyone to say that to me about their job. Especially if you work in the management for Mercedes-Benz. What really happened is THAT they just too afraid to admit that they messed up my interior and it is beyond cleaning and NOW will need to be replaced at additional costs. But Hey if you mess it up - You have to fix it. It is just the rule for all people with dignity. I am still waiting for them to call me back with the solution... to be continued.

To say that the customer service in this location is horrific would be an understatement. I made the mistake of purchasing a new SUV there in 2020. The latest string of exactly bad customer service experiences started on Aug. 27, when I asked them for 4 new tires after a regular service appointment showed I needed them. They were out of stock and promised to order and call me me when they arrived. Almost 2 weeks later no one called, so I called on Thur., Sept 2, explained the issue and was asked to leave a message. Three days later on Sept. 7, still no response so I called again and was asked to leave another message. Four days later, after no call back I asked to speak to the Supervisor in Parts, that was Sat., Sept. 11. Miraculously, I was transferred to him and he promised he would call me back by 5pm, but as of today, I’ve yet to receive a call from him. So I called again on Monday and asked to speak to the GM, who of course wasn’t available so I left a message. Finally, the service rep, Andy Garcia finally called back and said he would look into it and call me back. But at this point, two of my tires kept leaking air so I called Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables, who also didn’t have them in stock but ordered them immediately and I was able to get all new tires installed on Tuesday morning. Andy finally called back to tell me they’re still not ordered, but as clearly they had no interest in my business, I had already gone to another dealer. Turns out as they’re attempting to align my rear tires while installing the new ones, that the alignment was on wrong due to bad service several months before at, guess where? Mercedes-Benz of Miami collision center- due to a truck that hit my rear driver side. I called them up and the manager actually started raising his voice and arguing that it wasn’t their responsibility even though they were the ones who did the work! I called Andy since he was the one who worked with me through the whole collision thing months before and he said he would call the collision manager and then call me back the next morning. That was Tues., Sept. 14. He never called me back. So I called him on Thur., 2 days later, to follow up and he very nonchalantly tells me the collision manager won’t call him back and so sorry there’s nothing he can do. Not to mention when I first went to pick up my car at the collision center when they did the work, after 5 days, my tire was flat, and the rep was going to let me leave there with it like that until I brought it to his attention- then he says that it was a nail. So clearly, he knew there was a nail, and was ok with me leaving with it like that. Then he proceeds to argue with me that it’s not their fault, that the nail was there prior. This is preposterous since it wasn’t flat before I brought it in and it was there FIVE days, again they took no responsibility. So here I am stuck with a broken wheel alignment which they won’t even address and no one cares. This is by far the worst dealership with the worst customer service across the board.

It’s nearing the end of 2021 and there is a microchip shortage which unfortunately translates into a car shortage. We were recommended to Manny Fernandez, sakes consultant at Mercedes-Benz of Miami from a great friend who has purchased multiple Mercedes from Manny. There was just one… you read that right, one GLS350 model on the lot which had multiple scheduled appointments later on in the day to be seen and test driven, yet Manny fought his way through a sea of salesmen to locate the key which was neatly tucked in the pocket of another determined car salesman. We drove it and immediately fell in love, and Manny immediately began the process of securing the vehicle to us. When it came time for financing the vehicle, he secured Mr. Yunier Guerra to handle the negotiations with the banks in order to secure an outstanding APR. between laughs, and stories we felt comfortable and safe knowing we were doing business with ethical people, in the midst of a paralyzing pandemic and within the care of a wonderful company whose product we are honored to represent. Worst experience! I wanted to change my GLC300 for a new one at end of lease. Sales person give the worst service, not too many cars and very expensive. I went to return the vehicle, and Gus Figueroa, Sales Manager offered to purchase it and that I didn't have to ay for the disposition fee or any wear and tear in the vehicle. He sat me with Ashley, make me sign the transfer documents and I left happy to save some money I was not expecting. Over 2 months later Mercedes Benz called me I owed $635 for the disposition fee, so I told them it was a mistake and I would go the dealer to clarify with Gus Figueroa. They look everywhere and at the end only excuse MB did not authorize, I did not purchase another MB, but never contacted me to let me know. Fernando Lopez-Varela, totally unprofessional and rude also telling me I have to pay for it. I made a complaint with Autonation CorporateCustomer Relations and Renne answered me that Mercedes will not pay for the disposition fee I was holding them responsible for. I am not holding MB responsible, I am holding Autonation Responsible for the actions of one of his employees Gus Figuera. This is like MB says Autonation is responsible while Autonation is trying to make MB responsible and nobody take responsibily.

We recently purchased Certified pre-owned GLC300. Not only they lost the 2nd key for the vehicle, the Driver Assist features are not working. For over a month we are trying to get a 2nd key they ordered. We asked many times to make an appointment with a loaner availability to fix the driver assist and getting run around and nobody cares to follow up. This is the worst Mercedes Benz dealership. We owned Mercedes cars for over 20 years, AMGs, etc.... never had these issues until bought this car for our daughter. How can they certify the vehicle without fully inspecting major features? How can they have no follow-ups at the service? How can they even qualify to work with Mercedes Benz??

My car was towed there to replace a tire and I had to wait 2 days to get it. One of the receptionists told me that my car was ready when it was not so I had to take an Uber there and back home. I was not offered a loaner car. I had to get a ride to the dealer to get the car when it was ready. The Service manager was not helpful. However Carlos was helpful.

Please do not use the service department at Mercedes-benz on 167st. The entire tag was stolen and they stated they are not responsible. Now a white BMW is riding around with the tag. Shame on your negligence Mercedes. I now have to fight tickets in my name due to the person running red lights with my tag. I have tried everything to resolve all these issues from having the car serviced here. Shame on you all. An $800 jib ending up costing nearly $2000. Car was ransacked and items are missing. Last Sunday my tire got busted, I don't have spare tire I guess because I have "run flat" tires. Put the car on a flat bed. Since it was Sunday afternoon, the security guard stubbornly wont let the truck enter the dealership's parking lot to drop-off the car. I called Gus Cosio, service department, and Gus too talked to the security on the phone, still, security guard wont budge. Gus offered to drive to the dealership to handle the situation. Luckily, we were able to solve the issue with Gus having to drive 40 minutes. The fact Gus was willing to drive speaks volume of Auto-Nation and Mercedes team and their customer service culture. On Thursday, April 29th, I walked into the Mercedes Benz of Miami looking for my previous Salesman, Mr. Campbell only to find out he retired. I was met by Mr. Melvin Cabrera, he greeted me with a huge smile. I was not there to purchase a car, only to look at a car (Mercedes GLC 300) that I was going to purchase in Naples that Saturday. Low and behold the car I thought I was going to Naples to purchase turned out not to be the car I wanted. The car I wanted was parked in front of the Merecedes Benz of Miami dealership when I arrived (almost as if it had purposely place there waiting for my arrival). I asked Mr. Cabrera if the car was available he stated yes. From start to finish Mr. Cabrera was very professional, he worked very hard to insure that car would be mine. After the purchase of the car, Mr. Cabrera stated I'm not just your Salesman, anything you need to know about the car you can call me. I NEVER had a sales experience like that ever; and this is my 5th Mercedes. A very Professional, very attentive to detail salesman. I have always had a GREAT EXPERIENCE at Mercedes Benz of MIAMI. I can't say that for all Mercedes Benz dealerships. But Miami has ALWAYS been a favorite of mine.

After running my credit I did not hear from Alina or Alberto for over 5 days. Once we called back to inquire on what was going on we were treated super unprofessionally by Alberto who yelled at me and cut me off as I was trying to explain my frustration and confusion with the whole process. I then called back to speak to the GM to voice my concerns and he assured me that he would address this issue and that he would call back, that never happened either. The lack of communication on their end and vagrant disrespect towards me is unacceptable. It's not okay to be treated this way by folx who are supposed to be helping me and my husband purchase a new vehicle. This whole ordeal left a very sour taste in our mouths with ever engaging with Mercedes Benz in the future. As a previous Mercedes Benz owner I went back to MB because my experience a decade ago was so pleasant and inviting, but this MB dealer of Miami has turned me off completely and I will likely never return as a customer.

It's been a week since I bought my car. One of the worst decisions I ever made was to buy a used car from this business with cash. The half-truth about paying in-full with my debit card should've been the sign for me to end the deal. The vehicle malfunctioned after driving about 700 miles. It's currently in the shop at another dealership. Unfortunately the return policy is 250 miles. Additionally, the front right fender fell down. My assumption is it was glued in place for presentation for the sale. Very deceptive! take your business somewhere else!

For some reason MB of Miami Service Department thinking, that if you own MB - they can make unreasonable charges on very basic services. (as example - starter battery replacement) 1. Any MB USA list price for the battery is $260. MB of Miami $333 my question is why is $ 73 over list price? Answer was: "Installation fee, recycle fee and something else". Usually You got paid or discounted if you bring battery for recycle! All places I was replace the battery in my life installation always included in price you pay for the battery! 2. When you do check mark, that you want your estimate in writing, adviser bring you piece of paper, where you can see ONLY battery price plus tax. And when I mentioned about 10% discount coupon I'm received - he said that is not a problem, manager will apply for you. 3. So, finally everything was done, adviser calls you to the casher and hands you paperwork, where you surprisingly see different and much higher price! So you have + $67 labor (to already explained $73 labor, installation) plus $44 "shop supplies for repair order" What is shop supplies $44 for replace the battery??? In my case is clearly ripping off for unreasonable and simple service, like replace the battery... I have good relationship with director of services. He is always trying to help, but in this time I'm very upset and disappointed.

My brand new 2021 E 53 amg broke down and completely died after only 600 miles on it. My pervious car which was an e400 also had engine starting issues multiple times but that is another story. I was waiting since 10:30am to have my car towed by roadside assistance but eventually had to call my own tow truck company because it was 8:30pm and Mercedes still couldn’t find the cheapest tow truck company to tow my car. Do yourself a favor and just get a Kia. Much cheaper and same exact quality.

Francisco went above and beyond to find my car. I live in Indiana and my local dealer could not find a car for me. I had a few specifics I was looking for in my new Mercedes so it was a bit challenging in a time of covid and car shortages. Francisco had my car shipped to Indiana from Miami. It was definitely a different experience buying a car remotely! Walter from finance however was a different story. I had my own financing so I guess he had better things to do, I would not want to deal with Walter again. I felt bad for Francesco having to pick up after Walter dropped the ball on sooooo many occasions. I honestly would have just said “forget it” if I wasnt desperate for a car. I met the transit driver at 8:30 pm on an icy snowy February evening in a dark empty parking lot. Seemed a bit surreal. Not like the normal purchase experience 🤣 I love my new car with the wood grained Steering wheel❤️ It was worth all the stress in the end. Thank you Francisco

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in Miami, I live in California and relied on my sales person Albert Candelario to be my eyes and ears for me as I never saw the car in person. Albert and I had many conversations about the condition and history of the car including photos and service records. From the Moment I put the deposit down on the car until the final paperwork was signed was about a month. Albert assured me he went over the entire car and had anything wrong with the vehicle repaired. A small door ding was repaired the headliner was replaced and one of shocks replaced as well as two tires. After several weeks of communicating about the car and the work performed, the car was ready to be shipped and documents sent to me. When the paperwork arrived AS IS was included which was not apart of the negotiations. I didn?t agree to this nor did I sign it and the transition was completed and the car shipped. The day the car arrived I had it inspected by my mechanic and was shocked to find out the entire car has rust! Every metal service under the vehicle and hood including the metal between the windows has extensive rust damage. This was never disclosed! I immediately contacted Albert Candelario and requested the car be returned for a full refund or monetary compensation for this blatant nondisclosure. I did NOT receive a Response! I have email and called his managers Gustavo Figueroa and Julio Cardozo on a daily basis and have not received any communication NOTHING. The car also had a dent in the right front fender, the right front tire pressure monitor not working and only one key was delivered when I was told the car had two keys. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Extremely dishonest and unprofessional.

Within 12 months and after 4000 miles we had to replace the fuel lines (smelled of fuel when heating was on), pads and rotors, steering wheel adjustment didn?t work, AC needed repair. Brakes and fuel lines not covered. The rest, not solved. And no loaner or pick up and I delivery offered. Last time I?m buying a Mercedes.

I gave a low score to the buying process because when I bought my vehicle 3/20 the person that handled my purchase was not that interested in what I wanted he only wanted to sell a car and more concerned with his trading for the day. This particular dealership does not have many sales people of color majority are spanish now so that is probably why I was given the nonchalant attitude. I had to go back there for something and I called prior to going and had to wait over an hours . Not was not acceptable. Her boss Mr. Ralph, was also a very helpful and consummate professional who got me the best deal and met all my needs until I was 100% sure to purchase. There was a radio issue with the car, but after I notified Alina and Mr. Ralph, they immediately took care of that problem and when I got it back it was restored to perfect condition. I am completely satisfied with my new vehicle and the experience. After waiting several days for my car to be ready (now the third time I had to take it in after my purchase in April - considering it was a brand new car, it had 3 factory defects), I returned to pick it up and return my loaner. The issue wasn't so much with the service or the rental, but with the return: On a Friday several weeks ago, I recieved a call that my car was ready, and I explained that it was too late to go in and could I pick it up on Saturday? The service rep stated that was fine. So I went in on Saturday, was told to go to the desk next to the rental desk to pick up the car and after waiting for some time, and after someone finally showing up, she asked me who called me, I couldn't recall the name and she starts looking for the paperwork and basically tells me, "Sorry, there's no paperwork here for you," as if that were my problem somehow that I needed to solve. So I reiterated that someone called me and that it must be there. She kept looking and told me again, basically asking me to come back another day, since there were few people there. I suggested she might want to ask someone, so she reluctantly asked someone who apparently helped her to find the documents. She then comes back to me and just hands them to me as if I were a bother, doesn't add anything else, like where I need to go next. Since I'm not a mind reader, I didn't know who I had to see next. I asked her what I needed to do, so she tells me to just pick up my car at the service after I show them the docs. I then pass by the rental desk and ask them if I needed to do anything and they said yes, that they would note I had returned the car. Thank goodness I took it upon myself since the first girl basically told me to just leave and didn't mention going to the rental counter despite the fact that I told her I was returning a rental. She basically acted like I was wasting her time and keeping her from going home. This is the type of service I would expect at Carmax, not MB.

The absolute most pathetic and horrific service experience I have ever encountered from a car dealership in my entire life. I’ve owned many new German cars. First owner of an $80,000 GLC300 4Matic. I just purchased my lease with remaining warranty with the intention of giving it to my son and leasing another Mercedes I want this month. I drove in to Mercedes Benz of Miami very recently to have legitimate issues addressed including a drivability failure which occurred only 6 weeks after purchase and deserved serious attention. Warranty work was approved after receiving a phone call and email. A day later, I received another email stating all warranty work is being declined and that I’m responsible for $5500 in repairs while the vehicle is still under warranty. This is after being informed warranty work was approved. Shockingly, I called Mercedes Benz USA customer service to appeal for assistance and was flatly declined and treated very poorly by them as well. Appalling customer service, I was treated so badly I will never purchase another Mercedes Benz in my life. Both Richard Suarez (Service Manager) was extremely rude, combative, cut me off in mid sentence and hung up on me claiming he had other people to call! Cesar Leon (Service Advisor) ignored my phone calls afterwards. Extremely awkward because I was nothing but courteous and polite in asking them to assist me with what any other dealer would recognize while my vehicle is still under warranty. Mercedes Benz’s motto is the “Best or Nothing”. I can honestly and truthfully tell those reading this that I got the “Best” of absolutely “Nothing” at all. “Caveat Emptor”. Buyer Beware! Truly mortified by this most awful experience that I would have never expected from a seemingly luxury brand. My vehicle completely failed me and Mercedes Benz will not back their product, they would rather place the blame on you instead.

Gus C., our Service Manager, made the process easy and painless. He was able to answer all of our questions about the repair. Gus was friendly, personable, and patient with my questions. I was nervous about going in to this deal. It was a used car, but Stefano made my experience the best. He was completely upfront and told me that the truck had flaws. I was ok with that. I would say that if you want to purchase a car go to Autonation Mercedes Benz off of 826. That service and care that I received was just like I was purchasing a brand new Benz. I was treated very well.

I worked with Carlos who was beyond caring, so helpful and very respectful of the chaos I was in because of the nail in my tire. He took care of replacing the tire within an hour and a half which was really great given that I did not have an appointment and the service people were so busy. He checked on me several times and gave me an update. The price for all the work and the tire replacement was high but I had no choice; when Carlos came back to me at the end he was happy to tell me that I had saved $70 on what was originally quoted. I was so grateful!

Let me begin by saying that this is the first review I have ever written. I went to the dealer on November 2019 to lease a Mercedes Benz CLA 250. I have never experienced so many issues with a car before, and never thought that this would be my experience with a Mercedes car. Two wee after I got the car the check engine sign popped up, I took it to the dealer and the person I spoke to told me if was probably because the gas lid wasn?t closed properly and said it should turn off in a couple of days. I wasn?t convinced with this answer but left and ended up taking the car the next week again because I never turned off. I left the car for 2 days and they fixed it. After a month the car started making some weird noise on the front left wheel, I asked my dad to please take the car for the third time to the dealer so they could fix it. To my surprise my dad tells me that the person he spoke to said that was something normal!!! At this point I was extremely pissed and disappointed since I leased a new car not have any issue, specially a Mercedes Benz. So I took myself the car to the dealer again, and I was not going to accept the same answer, so after speaking to over 5 employees including the manager and all them telling that it was normal, a specialist drove the car and agreed that something was wrong, and left the car for another two days and the problem was fixed. It?s been a year now, and the car has some noise coming from the brakes, I took the car for service last week and mentioned it to the service guy and once again he said is normal and nothing to worry about!!! so the car still has the noise and I just gave up! I?m not a difficult customer, I just believe that when you get a car that?s 0 miles and pay so much money for it you shouldn?t experience so many issues, this is not the first lease I had, and during my 36 months of the contract I only took them to the dealer for service, and let me clarify that they were cheaper cars. Honestly I haven?t had the most incredible experience with Mercedes Benz, I do understand that cars might have issues but what I don?t expect is the same NORMAL answer every time I take the car to the dealer, and the car didn?t have any of these issues when It left the dealer for the first time.

After being led to believe I was investing in a highly certified vehicle and being convinced to purchase the extended warranty plan for thousands of dollars for extra benefits and protection (bumper to bumper), now when some parts show faulty manufacturing, all claims have been denied. Sad. Time to move on from Mercedes Benz.

I think they sabotaged my car. They make up extended repair times to rip you off. Service reps lies to you because they don?t know the truth about the repairs. I saved $3000 when took my car to a real Machanic. The sad part is Mercedes Benz of Miami used to be a great dealership. Not anymore. Everyone there is lazy. They lie to you to extend their rest time sitting down. Everyone there hates their job. Just ask them. They will even tell you. They really don?t care about you or your car. First of all, lack of respect of peoples time. I had an appointment at 10;00 and I was called at 10:40. This happens ALL THE TIME. So this is not new. Then on service the try to sell anything they can add to the car.so from $500 to $1600 my service A would have been. So always check what they recommend before you agree. After my car was returned. I reviewed the service performed and all. The coolant was super low I got a full cup almost. Two. The water for the windshield was also empty. So I paid 500 so that I could have oil and a oil filter changed they didn?t check anything else. I won?t come back this is the same every time, every single time.

Mercedes-Benz have the worst customer service ever. I bought my car January 2019 at Mercedes of Miami. Since the day of, my salesman told me the car has a recall on the sunroof I need to bring the car back which I did. October 2019 part of the sunroof flew on the highway, I almost got into a car accident. I took the car to the dealership they fixed it. Three weeks ago, the same thing happened I spoke with the assistant manager he said Mercedes don’t want to fix I need to pay for the part. I called customer care spoke with Jeffrey Washington he said he was going to call me back in 48 hours it’s been 5 days. I haven’t get a call back. I even called Friday since he never called the representative told me he was on a call he will call me back as soon as he finished. Today is Sunday I still don’t hear from him. To make the case worst, I came to my car I found the whole sunroof is open I tried to close it I can’t. It’s raining nonstop in Miami. I cannot even go home. Thanks Mercedes for the wonderful manufacture and customer care. I’m posting this for others to know how bad the service is. If you want to save yourself some times and trouble stay away from Mercedes-Benz. Buy a quality car and somewhere the value you as a customer. If you know a way I can come out of this please let me know I will greatly appreciate it. Mercedes-Benz is the worst.

Wasted my time and came home to discover that my service contract does not expire until 2021. I understand it’s the pandemic. This is no way to try and drive revenue by misleading your clients. was quoted - $849 for an oil change and other services that the car did not need. waited 20 minutes before i could talk to my advisor, and waited 2.1/2 hrs for my car that came back appearing dirty on the outside because they didn't bother to dry the car when it came out from the carwash. Mi car was fine until spend $1,624 in service, immediately get car, drive 20 miles and car was broken and need towing. Lose water hose, mechanic forgot to tie properly. Have to pay towing. And additional service agent never answer phone or can connect with someone in service. My first Mercedes and last one. Quality car, poor service department Regards

Used this dealership for service and would highly recommend them over other dealerships. They were courteous and efficient. It was hard to get a call back for the appointment but it is very busy there so I will cut them slack. Steven was great to work with. One issue that was quite disappointing is that they brought the car back to me with some type of stains all over it. When I questioned the service person that handles the outside area, she looked at the stains and said “ you must have brought it here like that”. I had to take out a wet wipe and rub it to show them it comes off with some rubbing. They took the car to “refashion it”, it was returned to me like it was washed by hand with dirty water. I couldn’t even see out of the windshield. I just left, a bit frustrated and brought the car to a car wash. Since washing the car is a courtesy, I didn’t make a big deal, but honestly I should have left with a sparkling vehicle.

BE CAREFUL!!! Please read this entire review, it may help you during your next purchase. I can’t say anything bad about my service advisor Steve Adams he is very professional and always tried to help me but what happened today during service is what drove me to write this review. I was charged $385 just to tell me that I needed to change one of my rotors because it was warped. I know if you take your car to the dealership to get serviced you should already expect the service to be some what pricey but this is ridiculous and I was told it took more than 2 hours just to find this simple issue. Which is insane. It’s like going there for a light bulb not working they will check the whole wiring system spend a couple of hours just to tell me the light bulb is burnt . But the most frustrating part about my experience with this dealership is when I first purchased the car I was told numerous times that I should purchase the extended warranty so my warranty will last me 5 years, they made it seem like this thing was something magical so I purchased the warranty. A few months back I was told that my warranty will expire soon, therefore making my warranty expire 6 months earlier than expected. This was because the warranty was already in effect when the first owner bought the car, NOT me. I was really frustrated so I checked all the paperwork that I had originally signed and to my surprise there was no warranty expiry date on the papers. Keep in mind that usually when purchasing a warranty the end date is supposed to be on the paperwork but as you can see these people are not trust worthy. They sold me on a “5 year” warranty but what I really got was 4 years and 6 months. They never told me exactly how much time I had left, or that the previous owner was already using it. How was I supposed to know this?!? That’s because I trusted the person who sold me the warranty. After I got the warranty the car had a few issues with the motor intake and the steering system, none of which was covered under the warranty so I had to pay out of pocket. What caused me to go in for service this last time was a sound that I kept hearing on my roof which I was told again, wasn’t covered by the extended warranty. The only thing that would cover this issue would be a manufacturer warranty which I HAD when I first told them about the sound years ago and they could not figure out the problem. Now coincidentally that its on the extended warranty, they know whats causing the sound but won’t cover it !! I tried to talk with the person that sold me the warranty but I was told he is no longer with the company and there is nothing I could do but buy another car. I know that I should of been more careful, however it is their job to explain these details to the customer. This has been one of the most stressful experiences and I hope no one has to go through this. I wish I have done more research, read more reviews, because based other experiences I would have never trusted these people and this would of never happened. This is why dealerships have the reputation they have, and I hope this review helps perpetuate the same stereotype that has been going on since the beginning of time which is that, they only want your money, once they have that, they don’t care for you as a customer.

Dealing with this dealership is what gives all car dealerships and sale people a bad name. Welcomed us in, took our money, then didn’t make good on there problem ridden pre owned vehicle. We had to hunt down the salesman (who started immediately avoiding phone calls), and ended up dealing with the store manager who behaved identically. A high end dealer????? You gotta be kidding me!!!! I advise everyone reading this to take their business elsewhere.

worst car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life. A shame too because I bought a very expensive car. A few days after driving it I realized there was something VERY wrong. Turns out the entire underneath of the car, the metal was BENT. it was very difficult to drive and pulled me severely to the left. I bought my car a month ago.... made my first car payment and realized I haven’t even gotten a chance to drive the car for more than a week! Albert sold me the car. As soon as I told him there was an issue he became VERY hard to get a hold of. He did not inform me on what was happening with my car, no type of updates or anything like that. Absolutely terrible terrible and very disappointing experience. This was was in NO WAY inspected before I got it because I bought a damaged car. Dealership COULD NOT CARE LESS that they sold me a messed up car.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I took my car in for service and Adam was extremely professional. I also purchased a car here-with the help of Nino and it was a great experience. And financing was done with Kevin which was quick easy and comprehensive. The dealership has a swanky lounge- free water -coffee and a Cuban cafeteria - lots of beautiful I candy to look at while you’re sitting there And I am referring to the beautiful Mercedes. Do yourself a favor and go to this dealership no pretentiousness and they make you feel like a VIP. I will not hesitate to get another car from this dealership.

I was dealing with Gio at this store per a referral from a family member. We had negotiated for a few days before settling on a price similar to the original quote (it was a very good deal, another store didn't even want to deal when I tried to cross shop them) and closing the deal. I went out of town for the weekend, so Gio asked for my credit card and drivers license to take a $1,100 deposit and reserve the car for Monday afternoon pickup. I was reluctant to send photos of the credit card due to all the bank hacks lately, but this was a uniquely specced Mercedes and I didn't want to miss out on it. This was on Saturday afternoon. Gio did not run my card over the weekend. We continued back-and-forth texting over the weekend, planning the pickup for Monday afternoon. My parents were on the way to the store this morning to pick the car up when we received a text from Gio that the car was no longer available, and that they had sold the car to another customer at a higher price after I had formally reserved it. This kid now has photos of my credit card and drivers license and I have no car to show for it. I called the dealer and asked to speak to a general sales manager. The salesman Harvey who answered the phone (chewing with his mouth full, may I add) laughed at me when I pushed his sense of urgency and hung up on me. I finally got a hold of the manager Gus, who offered to find another car. I told him he had until close of business today to find one. After about 4 hours with no news, I sent Gus a text to check on the situation. No response. Called him about an hour after that, and he declined my call. I do about 20 lease referrals every year, and never have I been treated like this by a car dealership, high or low end. I will never buy or refer to an Autonation Mercedes store again.

I recently bought a car online and the salesman was very uninviting. I honestly would not have bought the car from him if I hadn’t been looking a while and found the one I wanted. He was condescending, rude, and not friendly at all. I know nothing about cars and anytime I asked about the car, he seemed annoyed at my questions. I really wish he wasn’t getting commission as I did the research myself and I was the one who kept following up. My car is being shipped to me. At first it was to arrive Saturday, then Wednesday, and now Thursday. I was not provided with any sort of tracking or phone number. For all I know, I won’t even be be getting the car.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went there for service WITH an appointment took an hour to just check in, that’s not the problem thou! The next day after, service engine light turned on. went back at 11am to get the car checked and they asked me to take seat and someone will take a look at the car, i checked after 1hour and the service manager said he is too busy right now and technicians are working on the car, then 3 hours later after I checked again he said “the engine is hot, we can’t check it now and you have to wait a couple more hours!” Then i asked for a loaner and they said we don’t provide loaners ( such a shame for a huge “luxury brand” facility to cut corners like this) then they offered to drop me off with a shuttle!!! Or i need to wait “a couple more hours, I don’t know” service manager said. As i needed my car for many reasons i waited an hour more, service manager came to me and said they “reset the engine light and drove the car for couple miles and it didn’t turned back on” (that’s how they fix issues probably, deleting the alert instead of resolving it) and after 5 hours of wasting my whole time and day the technician brought my car back and said the same thing “there was 2 codes which was weird so we deleted them and “hopefully” it was a one time error”. I checked the mileage on the car before and after and no one rode the car to test!! Right when i drove out of the facility a couple blocks away engine light turned back on!!

What a great experience I had when we purchased our Mercedes last month. I’m the type of person (like most of us) that only write two reviews either 5 or 1 star LOL. Had an issue with my tire and I immediately called Natalie Johnson the product specialist supervisor. She told me to drive over so that she could meet me. Natalie took me to Luis the service advisor. After looking at my tire, Luis explained the composition of the tire and told me it was safe to drive because of the extended mobility of Mercedes tires. My wife and I went to Mercedes Benz of Miami on Sunday August 26th we were able to walk the lot and the showroom without being hassled or pressured we finally made eye contact with a young man by the name of Ralph Fevrier very knowledgeable and personable we test drove a Mercedes E300 and several hours later we left with our car. The finance man Kevin Lemay was extremely helpful and assisted us in making the right decisions with regards to financing and explained finance in layman’s terms. On August 28th we returned for the purpose of purchasing spoiler and other items for the E300 and purchased another car also from Ralph a SLK 350 this time we met a gentleman by the name of Jason Brdar very professional and well mannered he made every effort to give us the best deal possible after some negotiations we had a deal this time we were assisted by Joseph Rodriguez in finance also vey professional and knowledgeable also explained finance to us and we were very pleased by all his efforts. The SLK was delivered to our home the very next day by Ralph. We were back September 1st for tire pressure check and had dealings with the service department Orlando Dominguez service advisor very professional and helpful we were in and out before we finished our meal. There is also a young lady by the name of Natalie who is a wealth of information with regards to the technology of these cars thanks a bunch for the knowledge you shared with us . As you can see we have dealt with many of the departments at Mercedes Benz of Miami and I can assure you this is a first flight group of professional individuals under the guidance of Jason keep up the good work guys forever great full! Be very careful when you contact this dealership to purchasing CPO. They do not honor there advertise price and they are very good at price hacking. They are also a member of Autonation I saw a GLE on Auto nation. Auto nation forwarded my information to Mercedes Benz of Miami. A sales rep. called me and when I asked the info about the vehicle, the sales rep. without any hesitation, raised the price by $3000. Just to clear this price do not include taxes and any other fees. This is a price before all additional charges. When I told him about the price they are advertising, he asked me to send him the details and committed me that they will honor the price. When I called same evening the sales rep. simply told me that he is busy and will call me back, but never called me back. They keep me waiting for an entire day and when I called him next day, he simply told me the price is 43975 and hang-up the phone. He do not honor his commitment which he made a day earlier, not even any other offer to work out or negotiate. What is more unfortunate that I also called AutoNation, no one call me back. Moreover, I called directly to Mercedes Benz of USA, and they simply told me that they do have any control on the dealership, than why MBUSA authorize them as a dealer. I think I can also have a dealership and start selling MB in my backyard. A saw manager’s reply on other negative comments from other customers that call him and talk to him. So Mr. Manager I have called for you and left the message but you never called me back. Please see the attached screenshot of their advertisement, and again please be careful. There are other nationwide good dealership and if you like to buy from them, they will ship the vehicle right at your doorsteps. Thank you.

All-Cash transaction, sight unseen, completed 100% on line. The car (SLK-250) was delivered to Atlanta (my home) in flawless condition and exactly as promised. A few misunderstandings with some details of the sales transaction itself - but, ultimately, completely resolved by management to my satisfaction. I took my MB GL 320 for air Bag recall for replacement. At the appointment day, they said only 1 can be replace cause 2nd Air bag is not available & come again. when I go for the 2nd appointment at 8 AM, they took my key's ask me to wait in the waiting area. Around 10.00 AM Sales rep: "Roman" called me & said the parts are not available go back & come again. I asked him why did they give the appointment if there is no parts?. Then he told me to go & come back we try to locate the part from another Dealer.I asked him what about my time I spent here for nothing coming all the way here.? Then he said that he will give me a loner car at no cost. come back when he call me. He ask my Credit card ,Driver licence,& the Insurance & disappear for 30 mts more & came back & ask me if I like to wait cause they found the part in the stock room. I knew that this is a big B.S.! I said sorry I have go now. I am the 1st customer came in 1st at 7.30 AM now time is 10.30 AM I want to go. I had to Waite 20 mts more to get the keys of the loner & I left. In less than an Hr he called me back & said the car is ready.! I finished my work & got there soon to pickup my car. They took more than 1/2 hr to locate my car finally found it. When I drive I found the mirror adjust wrong. I tried to readjust for my view but the mirror did not moved.I pulled over the car to check the Mirror. I knew it has been damaged. I came home & call the dealer & talk to the service Agent Mr.Roman. He told me to come back on Monday so he can give me free cleanup. What about the Damaged done to my car? Now I am waiting to hear from them Never take your car to this dealership.

On july 3th my wife, my son and I, went to Mercedes Benz of Miami, just to check the SUV GLA 250. We were kindly and professional attended. We ended buying the new GLC 300, with the color, interior, and packages that my wife wanted. Couldn't have been happier. On May 16, 2015 I when to Mercedes of Miami dealer with the intention of purchase a new ML 2015, I was welcome by Mr Kevin LeMay sale representative and Ms Silvia as a Financial specialist . My credit is freeze I explain to them, I have to go home and unfreeze my credit from my computer I explain to Silvia she can call me with in 30 minutes, I was expecting go and pick up my new car , wait for about one hora never receive any phone call i decided to call inch of them three different time never respond my phone call. Next day I decided to go Mercedes of Pompano in less them two horas I was out of dealer with my new car. I call Mercedes of Miami ask to speak to general manager Mr Brush Clifford to explain my experience call was direct to voice mail, I did leave message to Mr Clifford never return my phone call. Very unprofessional Dealer and staff.

First of all after going around some of the Mercedes Benz Dealerships in the Miami area, I must say that this one was the best, given to its extensive showroom and the cordiality of its employees. It only made buying a Mercedes an easier decision to make. However I would especially give recognition to Danilo Mejia a sales representative at this location. Who after giving me such good service on my first visit, he had earned my loyalty as I wanted him to be the man in charge of helping me find my new car. He has always went above and beyond, always being very courteous and going to the dealership on the days he had off just to assure that everything runs smoothly. He has also continued to come in contact with me after the purchase to follow up, and remind me that he is at my service. I've suffered through many unpleasant dealings with many dealerships and service departments. One of the worst being under 3 miles from my home. When it came time to buy another Benz, I ventured outside of my zip-code. 13.5 miles outside to be exact... and can tell you that the service department at Mercedes Benz of Miami continues to be worth the drive! And to me, that in itself says a lot. Maybe it's their terrific service adviser, Dennis Guilmette, who makes the difference, but everyone I've come in contact with is professional, respectful... and seems to actually 'care'. Do I wish the costs were lower? Of course. Everyone does. But I continue to love driving a Benz and expect to pay for it.

The car (E350) speaks for itself: beautiful, powerful, high tech, and of course, a super high quality car. It is definitely the best value for your money in its category. I bought a Toyota Prius from the Mercedes-Benz of Miami dealership, and I was more than happy with the service that I was provided. Because I live in Minnesota, I bought the car before seeing it in person. Frank, one of the dealers, took additional pictures of the vehicle, and gave me more valuable information that I requested. In addition, when I flew down to pick the car up I was met by Frank and driven to the dealership. I am more than satisfied with with my purchase and this dealership. They made me feel comfortable about making a purchase from 2000 miles away.

In for routine 20,000 mi oil and fuel filter change to our Sprinter van while travelling from up north. Bill was over $500. Next day fuel line came off filter pouring fuel all over the engine and the road. Fortunately no engine fire. I fixed it (half day of vacation lost) then returned to dealer for them to check (another half day lost). Staff (very many of them) were polite and professional, but that is not what counts. It is also no help to us that they fired the tech that worked on our van.
